Refund policy

We want you to love your Eleanor Dayne pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

Final Sale

• All wallpaper is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• All art prints are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clothing (Pajamas & Sweatshirts)

• Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery (this does not include pajamas with embroidery).

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached exactly as received.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Clothing Items (Acrylic trays, canvas bags, hats, etc.)

• Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery (this does not include canvas bags with embroidery).

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To make a return or exchange, please email hello@eleanordayne.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
